Block Pattern Printing

A Block pattern print process is difficult when it comes to deciding both design and colors. The actual application, however, is quite simple. You simply have to transfer a paper design onto a  block and carve. I personally, struggled with choosing what design I wanted, and I feel like this set me back on time. I eventually decided on a geometric design because I felt it would look cool on a piece of fabric. I chose the colors red and blue because I liked how the colors contrasted causing a 3D glasses effect. I sadly transferred my pattern on the block crookedly, which I regret not fixing later on. Finally, I wish that I had removed more of the chatter on my block because it made the crookedness more apparent. All in all, if I were to do this again I would choose a more detailed design and make sure it's not crooked.
